Dr. Rengasamy Kasinathan, Ph.D., MBA., PE(NY, NC and FL), DEE., RPIHFounder and President
Dr. Kasinathan is a professional engineer registered in New York, North Carolina, and Florida, with over 42 years of comprehensive environmental engineering experience. His experience includes obtaining hundreds of air, solid waste, and water permits for health care facilities, and universities including several Power Plants. He has undertaken many complex environmental issues and advised facilities of appropriate corrective actions, thus saving millions of dollars. Under his supervision, many hospitals and universities were brought into complete regulatory compliance with reference to the EPA’s Federal Clean Air Act and other stricter Rules. He created the compliance tracking software (CompTrac), by which many of the EES clients are keeping their facilities in full compliance. On a weekly basis, EES mitigates hundreds of Violations by legalizing the (non-compliant) operating sources by providing as needed engineering support. He created several proprietary calculations for use in assessing the NYC local laws for sustainability, greenhouse gas emission reductions. During the peak Covid 19, Dr. Kasinathan and EES team played vital role in obtaining emergency authorizations for the tents to accommodate the patients in many hospitals. He frequently speaks in conferences and seminars on the topics of energy, environment, digital economics, green buildings, sustainability, emission reductions and regulatory compliance, and has published several articles as well.

Mr. Ramesh DeivasigamaniVice President, Technical & Administration
Mr. Deivasigamani has been with EES for over 20 years. As Vice President, Mr. Deivasigamani holds the primary responsibility of developing site plans, facility layout diagrams, and as-built drawings for all DOB, FDNY, DOH, DEC, DEP filings, attending DOB meetings and negotiating approvals, and representing clients at Environmental Control Board (ECB) hearings for violations removal. His administrative functions include project management, client coordination and as needed daily operations of EES.

Ted KehleDirector of Business Development
Mr. Kehle is responsible to uncover companies that need assistance maintaining regulatory compliance. He is responsible for new and existing customer development, contract negotiation, onboarding, and quality assurance. He also identifies suitable marketing campaigns and is responsible for their planning and execution. Establishing suitable business partners in addition to the planning and execution of trade shows falls under his purview.

Ms. Michelle HanksSenior Project Officer/Office Manager
Ms. Hanks is responsible for proposal analysis and development, contract evaluation, financial projections, project administration, client coordination and as needed daily operations of EES. She provides project support and ensures that the projects are completed as per the deadline and within the budget, including contract negotiation and renewals. She regularly reviews permits renewals, accessing agency databases and advises project engineers for compliance update. She also assists the President and HR for new hires and as needed training.
