Dr. Rengasamy Kasinathan, Ph.D., MBA., PE(NY, NC and FL), DEE., RPIHFounder and President
Dr. Kasinathan is a professional engineer registered in New York, North Carolina, and Florida, with over 42 years of comprehensive environmental engineering experience. His experience includes obtaining hundreds of air, solid waste, and water permits for health care facilities, and universities including several Power Plants. He has undertaken many complex environmental issues and advised facilities of appropriate corrective actions, thus saving millions of dollars. Under his supervision, many hospitals and universities were brought into complete regulatory compliance with reference to the EPA’s Federal Clean Air Act and other stricter Rules. He created the compliance tracking software (CompTrac), by which many of the EES clients are keeping their facilities in full compliance. On a weekly basis, EES mitigates hundreds of Violations by legalizing the (non-compliant) operating sources by providing as needed engineering support. He created several proprietary calculations for use in assessing the NYC local laws for sustainability, greenhouse gas emission reductions. During the peak Covid 19, Dr. Kasinathan and EES team played vital role in obtaining emergency authorizations for the tents to accommodate the patients in many hospitals. He frequently speaks in conferences and seminars on the topics of energy, environment, digital economics, green buildings, sustainability, emission reductions and regulatory compliance, and has published several articles as well.

Tara is an experienced Environmental Health and Safety professional with over 12 years in regulatory compliance, air emissions, industrial hygiene, and environmental program development. She is known for her analytical, collaborative, and results‑driven approach. Tara has led compliance programs for large commercial and industrial facilities, with expertise in Title V permitting, GHG reporting, EPCRA 313, SPCC, ISO 14001/45001, and NYSDEC emissions reporting. She has implemented industrial hygiene protocols, conducted root‑cause analysis on environmental and safety incidents, and developed facility water and Legionella risk management plans. Tara also oversees operational systems and environmental data platforms. As Vice President, she leads the Air, Petroleum, and Buildings compliance divisions, supports business development, financial management, and contributes to strategic company growth.
